The first thing I noticed was how beat up the box looked when it showed up. One side was crushed, there were rips in it, and the items inside were just kind of loose instead of being secured properly. Nothing about it felt carefully packed. For the price I paid, I really expected it to arrive in much better condition, so this left a bad impression right away...

Ordering from prevelo.com was fine overall, but the checkout kind of got on my nerves. I had to enter my shipping info a couple times before it actually went through, and I wasn’t sure at first whether my discount code had worked. Payment did go through eventually, and the confirmation email showed up fast, so it wasn’t a bad experience. Just could’ve been smoother, honestly.

The bike feels well made, and my kid is happy riding it, so that’s the main thing. Shipping went smoothly too. I just expected a little more for the price, so I’m not totally convinced it’s the best value compared to some other options.

I’d heard a lot of good things, so I was kind of curious to try it. But after seeing some recent complaints about the service and pricing, I’m not sure if I want to place an order yet!

In the end, the bikes seem good quality, but for the price, I do wish there were more fun colors to choose from. If color doesn’t matter much, it’s probably no big deal, but for a picky kid, it did make a difference.

I gave it 2 stars because, to be fair, the bike does look nice. But the quality just isn’t what I expected.
